*I dont understand what u mean by pakistanis worshipping hz or ali, Pakistanis Bangladeshis Indonesian or Middle east are majority muslim countries and they only worship one true called Allah. Ali has to meanings, one is the one who converts to Islam, the other is one of the names of our supreme Lord..This Ali refers to Allah.

*Both are excellent songs... difference besides language my understanding is the Arabic version is for the woman's love, the Indian version represents the Muslim faith in there Beloved Imam! (though they should have gave props to the Arabic version, and they should not make a song with negative images while having such a whole figure being stated in the song...) Ya Ali!
