*there's flood. The water is up to their neck. They definitely can not plant anything. That's global warming, just like the Philippines. A month's rain poured in 6 hours. That's global warming. That never happened in my entire life, to see my country submerged in water - that's like 1/3 of the country submerged in water - that's unheard of.

to the people asking why people in poor countries have lots of children, its because it's an extra set of hands to help the family.
an extra set of hands to work on the farm, or an extra set of hands to help at the family store. that's all they have, they don't have money for food so they obviously can't afford to hire workers to help on their farm.
