Mumbai, January 25 By Our Bollywood Reporter   Ms Divya Chawla Khushboo will soon be back in news with another court case. Only that this time she will be the complainant.


Click here to see Kushboo Pre Marital Hard SEX Photo Gallery     The Kollywood actor, who was recently in trouble after her utterances on virginity and pre-marital sex, will sue the publishers of Maxim, the international men.s magazine.

In its first issue dated January 1, 2006, the Indian edition of the magazine from Dennis Publications, UK, carried a morphed picture with Khushboo.s face and the body of a woman in a two-piece lingerie with a caption .Women you.ll never see in Maxim- 100 % fake..

The picture shows a scantily-clad woman admiring herself in the mirror. The woman.s back faces the camera and the morphed face of Khushboo is shown in the reflection. A quote beneath the picture reads: .Of course, I am a virgin if you don.t count from the behind..

.I will definitely sue the magazine. I was shocked to see the picture, which a friend of mine forwarded to me a couple of days ago. The publishers will soon hear from my lawyers,. Khushboo told DNA.

Her lawyer R Karthikeyan said he would file a criminal defamation suit before the chief metropolitan magistrate, Chennai, and a civil suit in the Madras High Court for damages, besides submitting a criminal complaint to the Chennai commissioner of police against indecent  representation of women.

.The defamation suit will be filed in a week. My client is yet to decide on the amount for which the magazine should be sued,. he said. The cases will be filed against Media Transasia  Publication, publisher of the Indian edition.

When contacted, CEO and assistant publisher of the magazine Piyush Sharma told DNA that Maxim has tendered an unconditional apology.

.It was not our intention to defame her. It was in a lighter vein and conforming to Maxim.s idea of just fun. We regret it if we have hurt her,. he said. On whether the .100 % fake. section would be a regular feature, Sharma said: .It is a regular in Maxim.s UK and US edition.  As for the Indian edition, this is our first issue and we have to evolve..

    The one-page .fake special,. has been done with a lot of detailing to bring out the .Chennai feel.. Stuck around the mirror in the picture are photographs of south Indian film stars like Rajnikant, Kamal, Nagma, Jyothika and Simran, with the letters .itch. on the female  actor.s pictures.

A slip on the mirror reads: .buy tampons, KS,. while another has .dinner with Rajni, Friday night.. Not to be missed is another one, purportedly a news clipping with the photograph of Tamil Nadu chief minister J Jayalalihaa.   Tamil Movie Masala Photo GalleryDivya Chawla
