Bollywood Movie Review Luv Ka The End * * *

Yash Raj Films under their new banner youth movies made LUV KA THE END. Shraddha Kapoor, Taaha Shah made their debut with this movies, The director Bumpy migh be a fan of American Pie series, he trie to adopt Hollywood films and the script and plot is taken from English films John Tucker Must Die and American Pie. Lets see how this desi version goes.

Story: Rhea (Shraddha Kapoor) a sweet innocent college girl falls in love with college playboy Luv Nanda (Taaha Shah), On Rhea's 18th Bday and College's last day Luv pressures Rhea for sex. Rhea realizes her boyfriend Luv Nanda just using her not in love with her. After knowing Luv Nanda's Playboy activities Rhea plans to punish her boyfriend with the help of her friends Sonia and Jugs.

Performances: Taaha Shah looked handsome, and very charming in his role. Taaha Shah's timing and screen presence was good, he did his bit as required. Shraddha Kapoor looked beautiful as a college girl, Shraddha Kappor another glam doll in Bollywood, she has to focus more on her acting skills rather than her looks. Shreejita De and Pushtiie Shakti did their best as Rhea's friends. Ali Zafer and Archana Puran Singh wasted.

The movie is totally amateurish, all the characters are like just fixed but not suited or used properly. Problem is the makers of this film dont even develop these characters on the most basic level; most of them are just introduced and then forgotten for the rest of the film. The movie has some entertaining elements but not for all genres of audience. The director lost his grip in second half and made very boring. On a whole I'm going with 2.25 out of 5.
