Mumbai, July 13 By Our Bollywood Reporter Ms Divya Chawla Chitrangada Singh, wife of golfer Jyoti Randhawa, who made everybody sit up and take notice with her performance in Hazaaron Khwahishein Aisi, insists being married isn't a handicap in Bollywood.

In Bollywood has it been an advantage being the wife of world-renowned golfer Jyoti Randhawa?
None whatsoever in terms of getting roles. But yes, as the wife of a very successful man I have certainly learnt to be ambitious from him. On his part, my husband has been extremely supportive and encouraged me in anything I have ever wanted to do. Both of you are celebrities in your own right. Does that give rise to some kind of ego clash?
The question just doesn't arise. Jyoti is far more successful and talented than I am.

Do you feel being married puts you at a disadvantage in Bollywood?
I don't think so. I am more focused than other actresses and don't indulge in meaningless gossip. I am also not in and out of relationships. I am very satisfied and happy with who I am and can concentrate on my work as an actress with single-minded dedication.
