Pamela Anderson's famous sex tape with ex hubby Tommy Lee may be tired of doing the internet rounds by now, but the one she shot with Poison frontman Bret Michaels more recently, is reportedly still hot and simmering, with another round of legal sparring imminent, in a bid by the couple to block a company from distributing it.

Michaels and Anderson had managed to get a federal injunction a few years ago, and won a multimillion-dollar lawsuit to stop the release of the video.

And now Michaels has warned the company of financial ruin, if it attempts to distribute it.

"Instead of The Never Ending Story, it's like The Never ending Porn Tape.

"The latest company attempting to distribute the video) basically told me and Pamela to screw off. I keep telling them, 'You guys are going to lose, and you're going to pay our legal bills. You're just going to end up paying us a bunch of money, and the more you sell, it's just going to be even worse for you,'" ratethemusic  quoted Michaels, as saying.
